The second heart was an illustration of a slip knot, found in the new intro to knitting book my Aunt and Uncle bought for me around new year's. It may be a while before you see something from those needles! I crochet fairly well, but knitting is all new and I'll need to practice and try to figure out how to keep the tension even...you know after I figure out which way to throw the yarn. I'm ambidextrous, so we'll see which "side" I use for this new hobby.
Visit Clytie and friends for more fun hearts around the world.

cute finds!
I love those heart shaped waffles!!! They sound absolutely delish!
I used to knit when I was a teenager ... but that was a lifetime ago, and I've forgotten more than I ever knew about how to do it.
But I love how you found the knot heart!
I like the waffles. and I think it's foolish not to make leftovers. I am impressed with your ambidextrous skills and that you can crochet well. Good luck w/the knitting!
Your waffles look yummy, and they have 'heart'. :D
I love your heart finds! The waffles look just so yummy, and the yarn heart is so well spotted! Good work!
Great hearts, I love the look of the waffles. I still knit but didn't notice I was knitting a heart.
