Last night all over the US, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network held purple light events.
Goals were to raise awareness, support those fighting PanCan and remember those we have lost.
I was with friends and family and many more folks who braved the ugly weather and came out for the cause.
Know it.
Fight it.
End it.

An important cause! We recently had diabetic awareness day, and a lot of buildings all over the country were lit up with blue lights. Our son is type 1 diabetic with various complications, so this is a cause close to my heart.
oh wow I wish I would have know about this I had 2 friends have moms that died from it. I didn't see anything here in town. what a great way to show support and awareness
