I knew when I saw the fuzzy buds on this bush that it would look lovely with snow.
When the storm hit full force the other day, I walked out back with my camera to try and catch some delicate snowflakes.
I have been so jealous of people's perfect flakes and had to try.
I was happy to get a few very distinct flakes!
Happy Monday; to those of you in the deep freeze, stay warm.
To those of you in warm climates -send sun!

Great shot...I also been wanting to capture a snow flake on camera. Guess I have to get out there right after it snows.
Gorgeous shot.....
I tried recently but couldn't get it/ha
Incredible shot - I wish that we had enough snow that I could even capture something like this. Beautiful.

A great macro. I can't seem to get a snowflake shot, even though we have tons of it.

stunning. after reading your earlier post yesterday I tried to go to the park for a walk and capture time. Bad choice way to cold only 6 above. Oh how I want warmer weather.
Lovely details of the snow on the buds.

Beautiful picture!
I never tire of the intricacies of snow - so pretty upon your buds!
the fuzzyness against the frost - a great combination
Lovely macro! I've been wanting to try my hand at some macros like this. Yesterday morning and this morning, we had frozen fog, and it took everything I had not to turn around (I was on my way to work) and go home to spend time with the camera. hehe
